Stays in an intensive care unit (ICU) grant you an additional 1% of the rider sum assured. It is subject to the daily cash benefit payable at the time of hospitalization. The ICU benefit amount is granted up to 20 days of hospitalization per policy year.

A lump sum recuperating benefit amounting up to 4% of the sum assured is payable for 7 or more days of continuous hospitalization for the same disease or injury.
