2. Here, you will see ‘Customer Service’ among different options on the top of the homepage.
3. On clicking this option, you will reach a page where you will see the option of ‘Premium Payment Online’.
4. You will go to a page where you will see two options to pay your premium online – Quick Pay or Pay via Login.

Quick Payment Option

1. Enter your policy number.
2. You will see the policy and premium information. Confirm your details.
3. Make your payment using your Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking.

Premium Payment Via Login

Registered users can make the Future Generali Health Insurance Premium Payment online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc. You can also register for AutoPay to start the automatic deduction of premium on the due date.

1. If you are a registered user, choose the ‘Pay Now’ option.
2. You will be redirected to a page where you can log in using your policy number, registered mobile number, registered email address or date of birth of proposer or policyholder.

If you are a first-time user, you can register yourself by visiting the customer service section of Future Generali Health Insurance. Once you click on this option, you can register yourself using any of the following options.

What are the Different Premium Payment Frequency Options?

Important Note: You can change the premium payment frequency according to your need. However, the same will be applicable from the next anniversary of your health insurance policy. To change the frequency, you will need to download the payment frequency change form and submit it at the nearest Future Generali branch.

Grace Period for Making Future Generali Health Insurance Premium Payment

Future Generali provides a grace period of 30 days for annual, half-yearly and quarterly mode)and 15 days (for monthly modes) from the premium payment due date. Within this period, you can pay your missed premium amount. Also, if you file a valid claim under the policy during your grace period, you will get the coverage amount. Future Generali will deduct the due premium from the coverage benefit.
