You can pay your premiums online by following the steps shown below:
A convenience fee will be charged in case you do Aviva Life Insurance premium payment using a credit card (VISA/MASTER/AMEX/DINERS/RUPAY etc.). Check out the convenience fee charged on your premium amount.

Note: Once the premium amount is received, an acknowledgment receipt of premium shall be sent to you on your registered email id and mobile number within 24 hours.
You can set Aviva Life Insurance premium payment on auto-debit by submitting a duly filled NACH mandate at any of the Aviva Life branch offices.
Things to Know Before Paying Aviva Life Insurance Premium
The modal factor for Aviva Life Insurance is as follows:
Alterations between yearly and. half-yearly modes of premium payment are allowed at policy anniversary only, subject to payment of alteration charge i.e. INR 100

What if Aviva Life Insurance Premium is not Paid?
If regular premiums for Aviva Life Insurance are not paid within the due date, you’ll get a grace period of 30/15 days from the due date of premium. In case you fail to pay the premium within the grace period, your policy will lapse and the life cover will cease immediately.
Your lapsed policy can be reinstated within two years from the date of the first unpaid premium. But that period should be within the policy term. To reinstate your policy, you need to provide proof of continued insurability and pay a revival fee along with all due premiums. The revival fee is INR 250 which is reviewable subject to the approval of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
