How to Get Cashless Treatment at the Tata AIG Network Hospital in Noida?
You can receive cashless treatment at the above-mentioned Tata AIG Network Hospitals in Noida by following the below procedure.
Formalities to Do in Case of Planned Hospitalization
- Intimate the insurer about the hospitalization at least five days before by submitting to it a duly filled cashless claim form
- If you receive a confirmation letter from the insurer, it means you’re eligible to receive cashless medical treatment at the network hospital.
- On the day of your admission, submit the confirmation letter and the health ID card to the hospital
Note: The confirmation letter is valid for seven days from the date of its issuance.
What to Do in Case of Emergency Hospitalization?
- Intimate the insurer about the hospitalization within 24 hours of admission
- After that, the insurer will generate a Claim Intimation/Reference Number
- Now, you need to submit your insurance card, policy copy, ID and address proof and a duly filled KYC form to the insurer (If the claim amount is above INR 1 Lakh)
- The hospital will submit the cashless claim request form to the insurer
- Once the pre-authorization is provided by the company, you can receive cashless treatment at the network hospital
Note: The company/TPA reserves the right to reject pre-authorization in the absence of relevant details in your application. On rejection, you’ll be notified via a letter, SMS on the registered mobile number and mail on the registered email ID.
What if the Tata AIG Network Hospital isn’t Near You?
If the network hospital is far from you, visit any nearby hospital and receive treatment for your illness/injury. And when you are discharged, pay all your bills and collect the payment receipt and other necessary documents to apply for a reimbursement claim. You need to submit the following documents to the insurer:
- Duly filled and signed claim form
- Hospital discharge card
- NEFT details
- Duly filled KYC Form in case the claim amount exceeds INR 1 Lakh
- Original bills, receipts, pharmacy bills and investigation reports (if any) and pathological reports such as X-ray reports
- A medical certificate signed by the attending doctor
- Insurance card or copy of the policy document
- Copy of the FIR / MLC (in case of an accidental claim)
