In case of an emergency hospitalization like an accident or sudden diagnosis of an illness that requires immediate admission to the hospital, your cashless claim process would be as follows –

1. Admit yourself immediately to the nearest Star Health network hospital in Bengaluru by showing your health card
2. After that, either you or your attendee should notify the insurer about the hospitalization. Afterward, the network hospital will contact the insurer.
3. Star Health customer care will verify your policy validity and coverage
