Claim Settlement Process at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Patna
It is important to understand the necessary steps to file a claim at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Patna. We are showing them below so that you can do it successfully. Please check!
Step 1: Firstly, you will need to get the claim or reference number by intimating the SBI General Insurance 48 hours before and within 48 hours of scheduled and emergency hospitalization, respectively.
Choose any of the following methods to intimate the insurer.

- SMS ‘CLAIM’ to 561612
- Email your details to SBI General Insurance
Step 2: After the intimation, the SBI Customer care representative will call you regarding the list of necessary documents you need to initiate the claim.
Step 3: Claims manager or executive from SBI will contact the policyholder within 24 hours of claim registration
Step 4: Now, submit all the required documents (as told by the SBI Claims manager) to the designated SBI official for further verification.
Step 5: Once you submit all the documents, SBI General will initiate your cashless claim request. Post-successful approval, your claim will be settled within 30 days of receipt of the final survey report completed by the claim manager.
