Claim Settlement Process at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Mumbai
Policyholders wanting a cashless claim at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Mumbai should know the steps to file the same. The required steps are mentioned below that you can check.
Step 1: The first thing you will need to file the claim is the claim or reference number. To get this, you will need to intimate SBI General Insurance via any of the following options.
- Contact toll-free number 1800-102-1111
- SMS ‘CLAIM’ to 561612
- Email your details to SBI General Insurance
Step 2: After the intimation is done, SBI Customer Care Representatives will contact you regarding the list of documents, which you need to submit for the registration process.
Step 3: Within 24 hours of registration, SBI Claims Manager or Executive will contact you regarding the claim.
Step 4: Submit the required documents to the designated claims manager/executive who will complete the further verification process.
Step 5: Once verification is done, SBI General Insurance will begin the claim process. Post-successful approval, your claim will be settled within 30 days of the receipt of the final survey report and/or the last necessary document.
