Claim Settlement Process at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Ghaziabad
‘What is the process to get a cashless claim at an SBI network hospital?’ – This is the question that policyholders ask when filing a claim. We are showing a few steps that can help you get a cashless claim at these hospitals. Please check!
Step 1: To get a successful claim, you will need a claim or reference number after admission to the hospital. Also, you should intimate SBI General Insurance 48 hours before and within 48 hours of planned and emergency hospitalization, respectively.
Choose from any of the following methods to intimate the insurer.

- SMS ‘CLAIM’ to 561612
- Email your claim details to SBI General Insurance
Step 2: Once you intimate the insurer, customer care people will contact you to give you the information about documents required for the claim processing.
Step 3: Within one day of claim registration, SBI Claims Manager or executive will contact you. Now, you need to submit the required documents as told by them. These documents will be further verified by the designated SBI official.
Step 4: Once your claim is successfully approved after all the due process, SBI General Insurance will settle your claim within 30 days of the receipt of the final survey report and/or the last necessary document for claim approval.
