Cashless Claim Process at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Bengaluru
Policyholders will need to follow a few simple steps to get a cashless claim at SBI General Insurance network hospitals in Bangalore. You can know them below.
Step 1: Firstly, you will need to get your claim or reference number. To do the same, intimate SBI General Insurance via any of the following options.
- Contact toll-free number 1800-102-1111
- SMS ‘CLAIM’ to 561612
- Email your details
Step 2: Once you intimate the insurer, SBI customer care representatives will provide you a list of documents. To get a successful claim, submit all these documents for the registration process.
Step 3: SBI Claims manager or executive will contact you regarding the claim process within 24 hours of registering your claim.
Step 4: As per the list of documents, submit them to the designated claims manager/executive for further verification.
Step 5: After verification, SBI General Insurance will initiate the claim process. Once your claim is approved successfully, SBI will settle your claim within 30 days of the receipt of the final report or the last/necessary document.
Important Note: Another method to intimate the claim is by visiting the SBI General Insurance’s official website. Here, you will need to submit a few details such as name, mobile number, email, city and policy number.
