Claim Settlement Process at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Ahmedabad
We are showing the steps to file a cashless claim at SBI General Insurance Network Hospitals in Ahmedabad below. Please check!
Step 1: Get the claim or reference number to intimate the claim. Also, you should intimate SBI General Insurance at least 48 hours before and within 48 hours of scheduled and emergency hospitalization, respectively.
You can intimate the insurer via any of the following methods.
- Contact toll-free number 1800-102-1111
- SMS ‘CLAIM’ to 561612
- Email your details to SBI General Insurance
Step 2: Once you intimate the SBI General Insurance, its customer care representatives will contact you regarding the documentation you need to speed up the claim process.
Step 3: Within one day of claim registration, the SBI Claims manager or executive will contact the policyholder.
Step 4: As per the list of documents told by the SBI Claims manager, submit all the documents to the designated SBI official so that verification can be done.
Step 5: After the submission of documents, SBI General will initiate the cashless claim request. After due verification and post-successful approval, your cashless claim will be settled within 30 days of receipt of the final survey report made by the claim manager.
