To get a successful cashless claim at network hospitals, you should intimate the insurer as soon as the claim occurs. You can do it via email or by calling the toll-free number (+91-22-48903009). Keep the following information ready when informing the insurer about hospitalization.

Step 1: Firstly, get admission to one of the Reliance General Insurance Network Hospitals in Hyderabad.
Step 2: After admission, you will need to show your Reliance General Health Card at the Third-party Administrator (TPA) helpdesk of the hospital. The TPA will verify your contact details with this card.
Step 3: After verifying your contact details, you will need to fill the cashless request form, which will be available at the TPA desk of all the network hospitals.
Step 4: At the time of admission, you will need to submit the authorization form along with a copy of the health card to the network hospital. Here, you will also need to have a photo ID for verification purposes.
Step 5: Once you submit the form, you will need to wait for the authorization from the hospital as it coordinates with the RCare Health or TPA regarding this. Once authorized, Reliance General will send you an SMS regarding the confirmation.
Step 6: The network hospital will send the pre-authorization form via fax/email to the RCare Health/TPA along with necessary medical details.
Step 7: Once approved, you will need to verify and sign the medical treatment bills. At the time of discharge, leave the original discharge summary and other investigations report with the hospital and retain copies for your record. Post-successful approval, Reliance General will directly settle the bills with the concerned hospital.
