Cashless Claim Process at Reliance General Insurance Network Hospitals in Pune

If you want a quick cashless claim processing, inform the insurer about your hospitalization as soon as possible by email or calling the toll-free number. You will need to have the following information when doing so.

Step 1: Get admission to the nearest Reliance General Network Hospital for the treatment.

Step 2: After admission, show your official health ID card to the Third-party administrator (TPA) or hospital’s help desk for verification purposes.

Step 3: After the verification process is completed, you will need to fill the cashless request form available at the TPA Desk of network hospitals.

Step 4: Submit a copy of your health ID card and the authorization form to the network hospital. Here, you will need your photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.) for the verification of your details.

Step 5: After the form submission, the network hospital will coordinate with Reliance Care Health or TPA to give you the due authorization. You will also get a confirmation SMS from Reliance General Insurance.

Step 6: The respective network hospital will also send the pre-authorization form and other necessary medical details to RCare Health or TPA using fax or email.

Step 7: Once your claim is approved, you can verify your medical treatment bills by signing on them. While getting discharged from the hospital, you can have copies of the original discharge summary and other investigation reports, while the hospital will keep the originals.
