Cashless Claim Process at Reliance General Insurance Network Hospital in Patna

When filing a cashless claim, policyholders will need to follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: After the doctor advises hospitalization, get yourself hospitalized in one of the nearest Reliance General Network hospitals in Patna.

Step 2: To verify your contact details, you will need to show your Reliance General Health ID Card at the third-party administrator (TPA) helpdesk of the hospital.

Step 3: Fill the ‘Cashless Request Form’ to proceed with the claim process.

Step 4: Submit the cashless authorization form and a copy of your health card at the time of admission to the network hospital. You will also need to keep a photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.) with yourself.

Step 5: Wait for some time after the form submission. During this period, the network hospital will coordinate with RCare Health (Reliance In-house Health Claims Unit) or TPA. Once it is successfully authorized, Reliance will send an SMS to you.

Step 6: In this step, the network hospital will send the duly filled-in cashless request form and other necessary medical details to RCare Health or TPA via fax or email.

Step 7: Once your claim is approved, the insured person or claimant will verify the medical bills by signing them. At the time of discharge, keep the copies of the discharge summary and investigation reports with yourself and leave the original with the hospital. Reliance General Insurance will directly settle the bills with the concerned network hospital after successful approval.
