Cashless Claim Procedure at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Network Hospital List in Vadodara
You can file a cashless claim by following the below steps –
- Notify the insurance company two days before the scheduled admission and within 24 hours of emergency hospitalization
- Visit the nearest Niva Bupa network hospital
- Show your Health ID Card at the reception
- Provide the following documents for verification purposes – Aadhar card, Passport, PAN card, Voter’s ID Card, etc.
- After checking your identity, the network hospital will submit the pre-authorization request form to Niva Bupa
- The company will review the pre-authorization request and confirm the same to the hospital via fax or email.
- You will also receive an SMS and email regarding the claim approval
Note – Niva Bupa sends the confirmation within 30 minutes and settles the bills as per the policy’s terms and conditions.

In such a case, you can go to the non-network hospital for treatment. But there, you need to pay the bills. On your discharge, you can file a reimbursement claim by submitting the below documents.
- Duly filled claim form
- Medical certificate
- Investigation report
- Discharge summary or card from the hospital
- All bills and receipts for the treatment
- FIR or Medico-Legal Certificate in case of an accidental hospitalization
After reviewing these documents, the company will approve your claim. The reimbursement amount will be transferred to your linked bank account within 30 days of the submission of the documents.
