  • Voter ID Card
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card

To file a cashless claim, you will need to follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Inform the network hospital at least 48 hours before a planned hospitalization. The network hospital will forward the authorization request within 24 hours of an emergency admission or before discharge (whichever is earlier).

Step 2: The network hospital will issue the request for an authorization letter of hospitalization in the pre-authorization form.

Step 3: In this step, the hospital will send the pre-authorization form with all the necessary details to the 24-hour authorization/cashless department of the Third-party Administrator (TPA). The hospital will also send the contact details of the treating doctor and the insurer person.

Step 4: Navi General Insurance will check the eligibility of your cashless claim request upon receiving the pre-authorization form and all necessary medical information.

Step 5: After checking all these details, the insurer will issue an authorization letter (it will include details of the sanctioned amount and non-payable items if any). This letter will be valid only for 15 days from the date of issuance of the authorization.

Step 6: Once the hospital receives the final authorization letter, you can get discharged from the network hospital. Do remember to sign this letter and collect all the photocopies of relevant medical records for future reference.
