Cashless Claim Process at ICICI Lombard Network Hospitals in Noida

The cashless claim process at ICICI Lombard Network Hospitals in Noida consists of the following steps. Please follow them to have a hassle-free cashless claim process.

Step 1: Get admission to one of the nearest ICICI Lombard Hospitals in Noida.

Step 2: After your admission, the network hospital will verify your identity for which you need to show your health ID card and KYC documents. Post successful verification, the network hospital will send the pre-authorization form to ICICI Lombard.

Step 3: To approve the claim, ICICI Lombard will assess your pre-authorization form.

Step 4: Once your claim is approved, ICICI Lombard will directly settle the medical expenses with the respective network hospital as per the terms and conditions of your health insurance plan.

Note: To get a successful claim, inform ICICI Lombard at least 48 hours before a planned hospitalization, while within 24 hours of admission in case of emergency hospitalization.
