Cashless Claim Process at ICICI Lombard Network Hospitals in Bengaluru

It is crucial to know ICICI Lombard Network Hospitals in Bengaluru, but it is equally necessary to understand the steps to file a cashless claim at these hospitals in times of medical emergency. You will need to follow the below-mentioned steps to get a cashless claim. Please check!

Step 1: Get yourself hospitalized at any ICICI Lombard Network Hospital in Hyderabad to get the treatment.

Step 2: Once hospitalization is done, the respective network hospital will verify your identity. After this, it will send the pre-authorization form along with relevant documents to ICICI Lombard.

Step 3: ICICI Lombard will assess your pre-authorization form to speed up your cashless claim process and approve accordingly. You will also get regular updates from the insurer via email or text.

Step 4: Upon successful approval, ICICI Lombard will directly settle the hospital bills with the network hospital within the sum insured limit of your health insurance plan.

Note: To get a successful claim, you need to inform ICICI Lombard via call or SMS about your hospitalization at least 48 hours before admission in case of a planned hospitalization and within 24 hours of hospitalization in emergency admission.

  2. Discharge summary (with details of complaints and the treatment availed)
  3. Original bills from chemists having a proper prescription
  4. Final Hospital Bill (detailed break-up) along with interim bills
  5. Payment Receipts
  6. Indoor case papers
  7. Doctor’s consultation papers
  8. FIR or Medico-Legal Certificate (In case of an accidental injury)
  9. NEFT details for payments

ICICI Lombard will assess these documents to approve your reimbursement claim. Once you get the successful approval, the insurer will transfer it to your bank account within a few working days.
