Cashless Claim Process at HDFC ERGO Network Hospitals in Delhi
To get a successful cashless claim, you must contact HDFC ERGO about your hospitalization. Now, to understand the cashless claim process, you should know all the steps to file a cashless claim at HDFC ERGO Network Hospitals in Delhi. All of them are mentioned below. Please check!
Step 1: The first step would be to get admission to a desired HDFC ERGO Network Hospital in Delhi.
Step 2: After getting admission to the network hospital, show your HDFC ERGO Health Card along with a valid photo ID. Following documents can help in the identification process.

Step 3: After completing the identification process, the respective network hospital will send the pre-authorization form to HDFC ERGO.
Step 4: After receiving the pre-authorization request from the network hospital, HDFC ERGO or Third Party Administrator (TPA) will evaluate these details. The policyholder will receive regular updates regarding the claim process on their registered number or email ID.
