To get a successful claim at HDFC ERGO Network Hospitals in Bhubaneswar, you should inform the insurer at least two to four days in case of planned and within 24 hours of emergency admissions.
To file a cashless claim, you will need to follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 5: As per the health insurance plan’s terms and conditions, the insurer will directly settle the claim with the network hospital.
Note: HDFC ERGO will not cover any inadmissible expenses, co-payments, deductions, etc.
In such a case, you can file a reimbursement claim after getting discharged from the HDFC ERGO Network Hospital in Bhubaneswar. For this method, submit the following documents via HDFC ERGO’s online module or email.
To approve your claim, the insurer will review all these documents. You will need to submit some additional documents in case any further verification is required. Once you get the approval, you will receive the reimbursement amount into your bank account within 7 days of the last document received.
