How to File a Cashless Claim at the Go Digit Network Hospital in Jaipur?
You can get cashless treatment by following the below steps –
- Intimate the claim 72 hours before a planned treatment and within 24 hours of emergency admission
- Show your e-health card at the reception and ask for the cashless request form
- Fill the form and submit it to the hospital
- Now, your cashless claim is going to be processed at the hospital
- The claim settlement will happen shortly as the same will be processed at the Go Digit Network Hospital itself
Options to Consider if the Go Digit Network Hospital isn’t Near Your Home/Office
In such a case, you can go to a non-network hospital and receive treatment. Pay the expenses for the treatment and file a reimbursement claim by following the below steps –
- Notify the insurer about the claim 48 hours before the planned treatment and within 48 hours of emergency admission
- Submit the required documents within 30 days from the date of discharge
- Upon getting the documents, the insurer will check them and reimburse the claim amount to your bank account

- Medical Records like – indoor case papers, OT notes, PAC notes, etc.
