How to Avail of Cashless Medical Treatment at Future Generali Network Hospitals in Patna?
Whenever you get sick or injured during the policy term, you can receive cashless medical treatment in your city Patna by following the steps shown below:
- Visit any of the Future Generali network hospitals in Patna
- Show your Future Generali Health Insurance ID card at the reception
- Submit the duly filled pre-authorization form
Later, the network hospital will send your pre-authorization form to the TPA/insurer for further processing. And once your claim is approved, you can avail of cashless medical treatment at the network hospital.
What if Your Cashless Claim is Rejected?
In case your cashless claim is not approved by the insurer, file a reimbursement claim.
