Future Generali Cashless Claim Procedure

If you get sick/injured during the policy term, apply for a cashless claim by following the steps shown below –

  1. Visit any of the above-mentioned Future Generali network hospitals in Ghaziabad
  2. Provide your FGH Health ID card at the reception
  3. Submit the duly filled pre-authorization form to the hospital

The network hospital will send your duly-filled pre-authorization form to the TPA/insurer for further processing. And if your claim is approved, you can receive treatment at the network hospital without paying for the same.

Reimbursement Claim Procedure

Unfortunately, if your cashless claim is rejected by the insurer, you can file a reimbursement claim by submitting the below-mentioned documents to the insurer after getting discharged from the hospital –
