How to Get Cashless Treatment at Edelweiss Network Hospitals in Gurugram?

To receive a cashless facility at any of the above-mentioned Edelweiss Network Hospitals in Gurugram, follow the steps shown below

1. First, show your health ID card at the hospital reception
2. Next, submit the duly filled and signed pre-authorization form to the network hospital

Once you are done with the above, the hospital will send your pre-authorization form to the insurance company for approval. Once the pre-authorization is approved, treatment for your illness or injury begins.
