Cashless Claim Process at Bharti AXA Network Hospitals in Pune

By following the steps shown below, you can receive cashless treatment at Bharti AXA network hospitals in Pune

1. Notify insurer within 48 hours of admission
2. Submit the copy of your Health ID card at the network hospital
3. Fill the pre-authorization form and submit it to the hospital

Later, the hospital will fax/mail the duly filled pre-authorization form to the insurer or TPA. If your claim request is approved by the insurer, you and the network hospital will be notified within 6 hours (emergency hospitalization) and 48 hours (planned hospitalization) of submission of the request.

What if a Cashless Claim is Rejected?

Unfortunately, if your cashless claim is not approved, you can file a reimbursement claim after your discharge from the hospital. You can do so by paying your hospital bills on your own and later follow the steps shown below –

1. Download the claim form from the insurer’s official website
2. Submit the duly filled claim form and necessary documents to the insurer

Note – Reimbursement claims can be filed within seven days from the date of discharge from the hospital.
