Cashless Claim process at Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals in Hyderabad
As we mentioned earlier that policyholders can get cashless treatment at Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals in Hyderabad. Let’s have a look at the steps mentioned below to get the same!
Step 1: Get yourself admitted to the nearest Bajaj Allianz Network Hospital in Hyderabad.
Step 2: After admission, you will need to fill a pre-authorization form at the network hospital in case of a planned hospitalization. However, in case of emergency hospitalization, you can use your health card issued by Bajaj Allianz along with the pre-authorization form.
Step 3: The network hospital will send the pre-authorization form to Bajaj Allianz for approval.
Step 4: Bajaj Allianz will check your pre-authorization form and approve accordingly. Upon successful approval, you can avail of a cashless claim benefit as per the terms and conditions of your health insurance plan.
Note: To get a claim, intimate Bajaj Allianz at least 48 hours before a planned hospitalization and within 24 hours in case of emergency admission.
What to Do if Your Cashless Claim Gets Rejected at Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals in Hyderabad?
In such cases, you can go for a reimbursement claim settlement process after getting discharged. To do the same, you will need to submit the following documents to Bajaj Allianz.
- Hospitalization Claim Claim form duly filled and signed by the insured
- Original Discharge summary document
- Original hospital bill with detailed cost breakup
- Original paid receipts
- All Lab and test reports
- Copy of Invoice/Stickers/barcode in case of implants
- A first consultation letter from the doctor
- KYC form
- Completely filled and signed NEFT form by Policy Holder/proposer
Bajaj Allianz will review these documents to approve your claim accordingly. Upon successful approval, Bajaj Allianz will transfer the reimbursement amount to your bank account within a few working days.
