Cashless Claim Process at Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals in Chennai
So, how to get a cashless claim at Bajaj Allianz Network Hospitals in Chennai? Well, you will need to follow a few steps mentioned below to get the same.
Step 1: Get yourself hospitalized at the nearest Bajaj Allianz Network Hospital in Chennai.
Step 2: Once you get admission to a hospital, Bajaj Allianz will verify your details. In case of planned hospitalization, fill the pre-authorization form. If you are getting hospitalized on an emergency basis, you will need to show your Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance Card along with the pre-authorization form.
Step 3: After verification, the network hospital will send the duly filled pre-authorization form to Bajaj Allianz Health Administration Team (HAT).
Step 4: Bajaj Allianz will verify your pre-authorization form and other details before approving your request.
Post successful approval, you can avail of a cashless claim benefit as per the terms and conditions of your health insurance plan.
Important Note: If you want to get the cashless claim successfully, you should intimate Bajaj Allianz at least 48 hours before a planned hospitalization and within 24 hours of an emergency admission.

- Copy of Invoice/Stickers/barcode in case of implants
- A first consultation letter from the doctor
- KYC form
- Filled and signed NEFT form by Policyholder/Proposer
Bajaj Allianz will carry out a customary verification of the required documents to evaluate your claim. After successful approval, the payment will be released via ECS within 7 working days.
