LIC New User Registration Process (For Individual Policyholders)

You can register on the LIC customer portal by following the steps shown below:

1. Visit the LIC official website
2. Click on the ‘Customer Portal’
3. Select ‘New user’
4. Enter your policy number, installment premium amount without tax, date of birth, mobile number, email address, passport number, PAN number
5. Select gender
6. Confirm that the mobile number is registered in your name and being used by you
7. Click on the ‘Proceed’ button

LIC New User Registration Process (For Group Annuity Members)

Create an account on the LIC customer portal by following the steps shown below:

1. Visit the LIC official website
2. Click on the ‘Customer Portal’
3. Select ‘New user’
4. Select ‘Group Annuity Member’
5. Enter your group annuity number, date of birth, email address, mobile number, Aadhaar number, PAN number
6. Select gender
7. Confirm that the mobile number is registered in your name and being used by you
8. Click on the ‘Proceed’ button

LIC New User Registration Process (For Group Scheme Members)

If you are covered under a group scheme, you can avail of the LIC online services by following the steps shown below:

1. Visit the LIC official website
2. Click on the ‘Customer Portal’
3. Select ‘New user’
4. Select ‘Group Scheme Member’
5. Enter your policy number, LIC ID, date of birth, email address, mobile number, Aadhaar number, PAN number
6. Select gender
7. Confirm that the mobile number is registered in your name and you are using the same
8. Click on the ‘Proceed’ button

What if You Forget Your LIC Login Password?

In case you forget your password, you can retrieve it by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit the LIC official website
2. Click on the ‘Customer Portal’
3. Select ‘Forgot Password’
4. Enter your user ID, email ID or mobile number
5. Enter the captcha
6. Click on the ‘Submit’ button

What if You Forget LIC User ID?

If you forget your LIC user ID, you can retrieve it by following the steps shown below:
