  4. If you are a registered user, enter your email id, password and captcha to log in to your account
  5. Otherwise, select ‘Mobile’
  6. Enter your mobile number and captcha
  7. Click on the ‘Generate Token’ button
  8. Click on the ‘Search Policies’ button
  9. Enter your policy number
  10. Enter the Policy Approval Month & Year
  11. Click on the ‘Search’ button

How to Register Policies on Oriental Insurance Portal?

To use the Oriental Insurance’s online services, you can follow the steps shown below:

  1. Visit the official website of Oriental Insurance
  2. Click on the ‘Log in’ button
  3. Select ‘Customer’
  4. Click on the ‘New user/Sign Up button and select ‘Customer’
  5. Click on the ‘Go’ button
  6. Enter your first name, middle name, last name, email id, mobile number, date of birth, elect occupation, select the address type – Residential Address/Office Address, select state and city and enter Pincode
  7. Enter the captcha
  8. Click on the ‘Submit’ button

What If You Cancel the Policy?

Oriental Insurance has in place the below-mentioned rules and regulations for the cancellation of policies issued through the portal:

  1. You need to write to the respective Oriental Insurance branch office for the cancellation of the policies issued through the portal.
  2. The refund amount will be credited to your account electronically
  3. The premium will be refunded after deduction of applicable cancellation charges
