  2. Click on the ‘Customer Service’ section and select ‘My Account’
  3. Click on the ‘Register’ button
  4. Enter Policy Number
  5. Enter the OTP, you have received on your registered mobile or email
  6. Set the Secret Set of Questions
  7. Create a Password
  8. Now, enter your client ID/email ID/mobile number and password to log in to your account and check your policy status online.
