Complaint” or “Grievance” suggests that written expression (includes communication within the sort of email correspondence or different electronic scripts) of discontent by a litigant regarding associate action or lack of action regarding the quality of service or deficiency of service relating to insurance policies bought by him or her using Wishpolicy services.
We take the grievances of our customers very seriously. That is why we take care to inform our customer care service team, front-end staff and those at the higher management about the situation and the grievance resolution process.
Most customers seek redressal of their complaints by writing an email to the concerned company informing the latter of the lapses in its system. These complaints may stem from dissatisfaction concerning a particular service by the company, misspelling of its insurance products or lack of response from the customer care’s end.
As the working of every insurance company and that of insurance web aggregators comes within the purview of the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI), the complaints made by our customers are addressed under the guidelines prescribed by The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India Protection of Policyholders’ Interests Regulations, 2017.

In case of no revert for any further clarification, if any, from your side within 2 weeks from the date of such resolution, the company shall treat the complaint as closed at its end.

If you are dissatisfied with the manner in which your complaint has been handled, you have the right to ask Wishpolicy to let you know the details of the name and address of the Ombudsman of competent jurisdiction

4. Take a written acknowledgement of your objection with the date.
