  1. Flexibility of choosing the Sum Assured as per your needs when you are buying the plan.
  2. The company allows you to pay the premium on a yearly, half-Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly Basis.
  3. You will get a Free-Look period of 15 days during which you can return the policy.
  4. This policy can be renewed by the insured through his life.

Hospitalization Cost Coverage

If in case you are hospitalized then the expenses like bed-charges, nursing charges, blood tests, ICU Charges, and other consultation fees will be covered. You can see the amount of cover below:-

  1. Room’s Rent cover will be 2% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.5000.
  2. ICU’s Rent cover will be 5% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.10000.

Pre and Post-Hospitalization Costs

  1. All Expenses prior to 30 days to hospitalization will be reimbursed by the company.
  2. Post-hospitalization expenses until 60 days are also covered in this insurance plan.

Cataract Treatment Cover

The treatment of Cataract Illness will be reimbursed by the company and the reimbursement of the cataract risk will be the lowest of the following:-

  1. 25% of the Sum Assured
  2. Rs.40000

Cost of Day Care Treatment

There are some treatments in which the insured has not to be hospitalized as they are received within 24 hours. So the expenses for such treatments will also be reimbursed under this insurance plan. Treatments received within 24 Hours without being hospitalized is known as the day care treatment.

Cover for Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery

The cost of Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery will also be borne by the company if it is needed due to any other disease. All the expenses incurred in the Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery is covered by the company.

AYUSH Treatment

The cost incurred for the AYUSH Treatment that is Ayurvedic Treatment is covered in National Arogya Sanjeevani Policy. AYUSH Treatment stands for Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy treatments. So, all kinds of overheads for these treatments will be reimbursed by the National Insurance Company.

A reimbursement of 50% of the Sum Assured only will be given to the insured if they are going through any treatment mentioned below:-

  1. Uterine Artery Embolization and HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
  2. Balloon Sinoplasty
  3. Deep Brain Stimulation
  4. Oral Chemotherapy
  5. Immunotherapy – Monoclonal antibody to be given as an injection
  6. Intravitreal injections
  7. Robotic Surgeries
  8. Stereotactic radio surgeries
  9. Bronchial Thermoplasty
  10. Vaporisation of Prostrate (Green Laser treatment of Holmium laser treatment)
  11. IONM – (Intra Operative Neuro Monitoring)
  12. Stem Cell Therapy

Ambulance Cover

This insurance plan covers the cost of an Ambulance that is used to carry the insured from one place to another during a medical emergency. INR 2000 is the maximum cover allowed per hospitalization under the hospital ambulance benefits.

Cover your Family

If you want to earn discounts on the premiums then you can add more family members to this plan. You can add the following family members to this health insurance plan.

No Claim Bonus Benefit

The company will add 5% of the Sum Assured as a bonus if you don’t make any claim in a policy year. Every year you will get a bonus of 5% after the claim-free years and the company keeps on adding this bonus until it reaches 50% of the Sum Assured.

Waiting Period of this Health Plan

Most of the individuals think that the health risk cover starts from the next day from the date of inception of the policy.
