The procedure of Claim under Star Health Comprehensive Plan

Star Health process of claims is easy and hassle-free as they have an in-house claim settlement that takes care of all the claims. You can call at 24 hours helpline number 1800 425 2255 or 1800 104 2277 and give the Identity Number and submit the Pre-Authorization form with the assistance of the Hospital Help Desk in case of cashless claims.

For reimbursement option in case, the patient had to be admitted to a non-network hospital, then payment is to made first and then all the bills and necessary documents to be submitted to the relevant section for claim.
