Hospitalization Expenses Cover

This policy covers all the expenses like bed-charges, blood tests, nursing charges, ICU Charges, and other consultation fees are covered if in case you are hospitalized. You can see them below:-

  1. Room’s Rent cover is 2% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.5000.
  2. ICU’s Rent cover is 5% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.10000.

Pre and Post-Hospitalization Cover

  1. Expenses done prior to 30 days to hospitalization will be reimbursed by the company
  2. Post-hospitalization charges will be covered for up to 60 days in this insurance plan.

Cataract Expenses Cover

You are entitled to a reimbursement for the treatment of Cataract Illness and the reimbursement for the cataract risk will be the lowest of the following:-

  1. 25% of the Sum Assured
  2. Rs.40000

Day Care Treatment Cover

All the expenses incurred for the treatments that are received within 24 hours without being hospitalized are covered under this insurance plan. The treatment received within a day without being hospitalized is known as the daycare treatment.

Cover for Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery

If a Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery is needed due to any other disease then those expenses will be reimbursed as per this insurance plan. All the expenses incurred in the Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery will be returned by the company.

AYUSH Treatment

In this policy, the company will cover all the expenses of the Ambulance. The maximum cover for the ambulance expenses will be INR 2000 per hospitalization.

Claim-Free Year Benefit

The company will add a cumulative bonus of 5% of the Sum Assured to the Sum Assured every year if you don’t make any claim in the last year. This bonus will be added every year to the Sum Assured until it reaches 50% of the Sum Assured.

Waiting Period of this Health Plan

Every policy doesn’t cover the health issues from the next day. They need a waiting period to cover health issues. So, this policy also has a waiting period of 48 months and 24 months for many health issues. The cover for the health issue will only start once the waiting period is completed.
