  3. Rs.5 Lacs is the minimum amount of Sum Assured in this Plan.
  4. Rs.10 Lacs is the maximum amount of Sum Assured in this Plan.
  5. Individual and Family Floater Covers are available in this plan.
  6. 1 Year is the Minimum Policy Tenure of this policy.
  7. 2 Years is the Maximum Policy Tenure of this policy.
  8. In a Single Policy, you can cover up to 2 adults only.
  9. 18 years is the minimum age for the Proposer.
  10. You have the option to renew the Policy up to the Age of 70.
  11. Individuals having the age of 56 or above have to go through a Pre-Medical Test.
  12. The Company gives a Grace Period of 30 Days and a Free-Look Period of 15 Days.
  13. You cannot add riders to this policy.

Illnesses excluded from the Policy until 2 Years

  1. Cataract
  2. Myomectomy, hysterectomy unless because of malignancy
  3. Benign prostatic hypertrophy
  4. Dilatation and curettage, endometriosis
  5. Fissures and/or fistula in anus, hemorrhoids/piles
  6. Hernia and hydrocele
  7. Stone in the urinary and biliary systems
  8. Joint replacement, unless due to accident
  9. All types of skin and all internal tumors/cysts/nodules/polyps of any kind, including breast lumps, unless malignant
  10. Sinusitis and related disorders
  11. Dialysis required for chronic renal failure
  12. Gastric and duodenal erosions and ulcers
  13. Surgery on tonsils, adenoids, and sinuses
  14. Varicose veins/varicose ulcers
  15. Deviated nasal septum

Clauses of the ICICI Lombard Health Care Plus Plan

Any Illness that arises within 4 years from the date of the inception of the policy will not be covered in the plan.

The Company will not cover any medical expenses incurred within 30 days from the date of the inception of the policy.

  4. Suicidal Injury or Self-Destruction

  9. Post Hospitalization Expenses
  10. Non-Allopathic Treatment
  11. Dental Treatment
  12. Expenses on the Cochlear Implantation
  13. Therapy Done for the Hormone Replacement
  14. Cosmetic Surgeries
