Risks Covered in this Health Insurance Plan

Hospitalization Expenses

All the expenses like bed-charges, nursing charges, blood tests, ICU Charges, and other consultation fees are covered in this plan if in case you are hospitalized. You can see them below:-

  1. Room’s Rent cover is 2% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.5000.
  2. ICU’s Rent cover is 5% of the Sum Assured of up to Rs.10000.

Pre and Post-Hospitalization Expenses

Your pre-hospitalization expenses prior to 30 days to hospitalization will be reimbursed by the company. Post-hospitalization expenses until 60 days are also covered in this insurance plan.

Cataract Expenses Reimbursement

If you are going for the treatment of Cataract Illness then those expenses will also be reimbursed. The reimbursement cataract risk will be the lowest of the following:-

  2. · Rs.40000

Day Care Treatment Risk

If in case you get treatment within 24 hours and you are not hospitalized then those expenses will also be covered in this insurance plan. The treatment received within 24 hours without being hospitalized is known as the day care treatment.

Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery Expenses

If you are going through the Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery in need due to any other disease then those expenses will be borne by the company under this insurance plan. You will get the reimbursement for all the expenses incurred in the Dental Treatment and Plastic Surgery.

AYUSH Treatment

All the expenses related to the AYUSH Treatment are covered in the Chola MS Arogya Sanjeevani Policy. AYUSH treatment includes Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy treatments. So, all the expenses incurred for these treatments are covered in this plan.

Ambulance Cover

No Claim Bonus Benefit

If you don’t make any claim in a year then the company will give you a cumulative bonus and your Sum Assured will be increased. The company will add 5% of the Sum Assured into the existing Sum Assured if you don’t make any claim. Your sum assured will keep on increasing until it reaches 50% of the Sum Assured.

  3. Calculi in the urinary system, Gall Bladder, and Bile duct, excluding malignancy
  4. Prolapse inter Vertebral Disc and Spinal Diseases unless arising from an accident
  5. Pilonidal sinus, Sinusitis, and related disorders
  6. Piles, Fissures and Fistula in anus
  7. Non-Infective Arthritis
