Coverage Under Awaz Health Insurance Scheme

With this health insurance scheme, the following will be covered

  1. Medical Treatment for any illness or injury capped at INR 15,000
  2. Accidental Death coverage up to INR 2 lakh, so in case of death of any insured migrant worker, his/her nominee can claim this insurance amount under this Scheme by showing the valid death proof of the insured person.

How to Avail Awaz Health Insurance Scheme Benefits?

To avail of Awaz Health Insurance Scheme benefits, you need to visit any of the state government or partnered private hospitals to seek medical treatment. You need to show your Bio-metric Health Card and get cashless treatments.

Eligibility for Awaz Health Insurance Scheme

You can buy this health insurance scheme if you meet the following eligibility criteria.

  1. Migrant Worker age is between 18-60 years
  2. Identification Card recognized by the central or Kerala government such as Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Passport, Driving Licence, etc. These ID proofs should be produced at the time of getting enrolled in the Scheme.
